How long does shipping take for skateboards and apparel?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that custom-assembled skateboards may require an additional 24-48 hours for processing.

What is your return policy on used equipment?

We accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on skateboards that have been ridden or 'set up' (griptape applied).

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, CCS ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna or Afterpay.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
